Privacy Information Notice pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR")

EU Regulation No. 2016/679 protects the confidentiality of personal data to safeguard the freedom and rights of data subjects and therefore imposes a series of obligations on those who "process" personal information referring to other subjects. Among the most important fulfillments imposed by law is informing the data subjects and acquiring their consent for processing in prescribed cases, especially for processing activities in which the data must be communicated to other subjects.
In light of the above, therefore, we are pleased to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR in question, that the writing firm collects and processes data concerning your business without your express consent (Art. 6 lett. b, e GDPR) for purposes related to the management of ordinary commercial relations and, specifically, for the compilation of registry lists, the keeping of accounts for customers/suppliers, invoicing, and the management of the creditor for the fulfillment of all obligations provided for by current regulations.
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in Art. 4 of the Privacy Code and Art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
The Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for Administrative/accounting Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for Marketing Purposes.

Furthermore, your data may be communicated to third parties, exclusively for technical and operational needs strictly connected to the purposes set out above and in particular to the following categories of subjects:
a) entities, professionals, companies or other structures appointed by us for processing connected to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting and management obligations linked to the ordinary performance of our economic activity, also for credit recovery purposes;
b) to public authorities and administrations for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations;
c) banks, financial institutions or other subjects to whom the transfer of the aforementioned data is necessary for the performance of our company's activity in relation to the fulfillment, on our part, of the contractual obligations assumed towards you.

In your capacity as a data subject, you have the rights referred to in Art. 15 of the GDPR and precisely the rights to:

ii. ottenere l’indicazione: a) dell’origine dei dati personali; b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento; c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici; d) degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’art. 5, comma 2 Codice Privacy e art. 3, comma 1, GDPR; e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati;
iii. ottenere: a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati; b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati; c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato;
iv. object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. It should be noted that the right to object of the data subject, set out in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility for the data subject to exercise the right to object even only in part remains. Therefore, the data subject can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.

Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
